SuperLife Investments Limited, as the trustee of the registered superannuation schemes SuperLife Investments and Ethica (the Investment schemes), is appointed to be the overall investment manager. It in turn selects, appoints and monitors external investment managers, as appropriate, and reports to the Trustees of the SuperLife superannuation and KiwiSaver scheme as appropriate. The directors of SuperLife Investments Limited are Michael Chamberlain and Owen Nash.
The assets are held in the name of SuperLife Trustee Nominees Limited, a subsidiary of the SuperLife Trustee Limited, and external custodians of the retirement schemes.
