Register or log in to update your email address before 11.59pm on July 14 and go in the draw to win a $500 Prezzy® Card.

Entry

1. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that SuperLife may use the personal information we collect from you: (1) to conduct this Prize Draw, including determining and notifying the Prize Winner, and for future marketing purposes in accordance with the SuperLife Privacy Policy. Information on how to enter this Prize Draw forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Only Eligible Persons can enter this Prize Draw. To be an Eligible Person, you must be an individual who registered or logged into SuperLife and updated their email address before 11.59pm July 14, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
3. All entries must be submitted by updating your email address using the link provided in the leaflet that accompanied the SuperLife Annual Statements. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Staff of Smartshares Limited (SuperLife) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this Prize-Draw.

The Prize Draw

5. There will be one draw in the Prize Draw. The winner of the Prize Draw will be drawn at random from a pool of all Eligible Persons on July 15, 2025 (Draw Date).
6. The first Eligible Person whose name is drawn will be the Prize Winner.
7. The prize will be one $500 Prezzy® Card (Prize).
8. The Prize Winner will be contacted by SuperLife using the email address that you added to your SuperLife account.
9. If SuperLife is unable to contact the Prize Winner by email after a period of four weeks following the Draw Date that person’s entry will be declared invalid and the Prize will be re-drawn in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Prize Winner agrees to publication of their first name and region, as the Prize Winner, on SuperLife’s website and newsletter.

General

11. SuperLife reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner, and to disqualify any entry in the Prize Draw in its sole discretion without giving reasons.
12. The Prize will be couriered to the Prize Winner within five business days of the Prize Winner confirming the postal address to send the Prize.
13. By using the Prezzy Card, the Prize Winner agrees to the terms and conditions, and the card fees set out at www.prezzycard.co.nz. The Prize Winner should refer to www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions for detailed Prezzy Card terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, their use and expiry.
14. SuperLife reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond SuperLife’s control make it necessary to do so.
15. The Prize is not exchangeable or negotiable and no cash alternative is offered.
16. The decision of SuperLife regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
17. If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, SuperLife reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw.
18. SuperLife will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury (Loss) suffered by any participant in any way associated with the competition including as a result of entry into the competition or winning the Prize, except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
