The fund charges set out above are deducted from, and reflected in the value of, the fund. The fund charges include the fees and costs charged by the supervisor, custodians and administration manager (together with the fees and costs charged by any other funds we may invest in). They also include our regulatory and compliance costs.
The fund charges for the Castle Point 5 Oceans Fund are an estimate which cover certain costs and expenses where the fund invests into underlying funds. These include operating expenses of the underlying funds where they are in addition to each fund’s management fees (estimated to be 0.02% based on the fees charged by each of the underlying funds over the 12 months to 31 March 2020). It also includes estimated performance-based fees for non-related underlying funds (estimated to be 0.27% based on the performance fees charged by each of the non-related underlying funds over the three years to 31 March 2020).
