Registration

1. By registering your interest to join a one-on-one online session with Smartshares Limited (Smart) and Purple Shirt Limited (Purple Shirt), Smart’s research partner to discuss Smart’s proposals for a new mobile app for the SuperLife KiwiSaver Scheme (a Discussion Session), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge Smart’s Privacy Policy https://www.superlife.co.nz/legal/privacy-policy. Information on how to register your interest for a Discussion Session forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Each Eligible Person further agrees that Smart and Purple Shirt may record their Discussion Session and use the recording for any purpose connected to the design and delivery of a new mobile app for the SuperLife KiwiSaver Scheme.

Eligibility

3. Only Eligible Persons will receive a $100 Prezzy® Card (a Card).
4. To be an Eligible Person, you must:
   
   1. receive an invitation from Smart to register your interest to participate in a Discussion Session;
   2. register your interest to participate in a Discussion Session using the link provided before 5pm on 10 December 2025;
   3. receive confirmation from Smart or Purple Shirt that you have been selected to participate in a Discussion Session; and
   4. complete a Discussion Session with Smart or Purple Shirt before 19 December 2025.
5. Staff of Smart and their immediate families are not eligible to register their interest for or to participate in a Discussion Session.
6. There will be up to ten Eligible Persons and each Eligible Person will receive one Card.

General

7. Smart reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the registration process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner, and to disqualify any registration in its sole discretion without giving reasons.
8. The Card will be couriered to each Eligible Person within 21 days of the Eligible Person’s completion of a Discussion Session.
9. By using the Card, each Eligible Person agrees to the terms and conditions, and the card fees set out at www.prezzycard.co.nz. Each Eligible Person should refer to www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions for detailed Card terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, their use and expiry.
10. Each Card is not exchangeable or negotiable. However, if an Eligible Person does not wish to claim their Card, they may nominate another person to whom their Card can be transferred. If it is transferred, the Card must not be sold or used, donated or given away as part of another promotion.
11. Neither Smart nor Purple Shirt will be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury (Loss) suffered by any person in any way associated with a Discussion Session (including their registration for, selection to participate in, and completion of a Discussion Session) or receipt of a Card, except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
