SuperLife is one of Aotearoa’s default KiwiSaver providers. Our customers range from individual investors, businesses and iwi to Pacific nation groups. We also work with some of New Zealand’s largest employers to provide investment options as part of their employee benefits.
SuperLife’s investment funds are managed by Smartshares Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NZX Limited. Smartshares provides financial solutions to over 125,000 New Zealanders and has over $10 billion in funds under management.

FAQs
How to register for the SuperLife member portal?
Step 1: Enter your member number in the first box. You’ll find this in your Welcome Letter or Member Certificate. If you're a KiwiSaver member, you can use your IRD number instead.
Step 2: Fill in your date of birth, last name, and email address. Make sure your last name matches our records exactly (including any hyphens) and double-check your date of birth.
Step 3: Under Login details, create a username and password. These will be your credentials for accessing the member portal.
Step 4: Press "Submit" to confirm your registration.
Step 5: Check your email inbox for a verification message from SuperLife. Open the email and follow the instructions to verify your email address.
Step 6: Once verified, you can log in using your new username and password.
I was a member with ASB. What does the SuperLife Master Trust mean for me?
Your investment options and withdrawal terms remain the same throughout the transition. Your investment remains in the same fund(s), just under a new name.
You would have received communications from our team to welcome you to SuperLife recently to let you know your new SuperLife member number. Keep this handy for when you need to contact us.

Are there any changes to fees?
No. You will not be charged any more than you were previously paying. For more information, refer to the Product Disclosure Statement.
Your administration fee remains unchanged.
How do I setup a direct debit or an automatic payment?
You can continue depositing into the same bank account that you currently deposited your contributions in the past: 12-3113-0003586-00.
However, so that we can track your contribution, please make sure you include:
Payer Reference: Your SuperLife Member Number
Payer Code: Your Initial & Surname
